We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our team in Saskatoon, SK, starting in October 2025. The Project Administrator provides administrative support to our project teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication between the field, office, and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably in construction or a related industry
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a collaborative mindset
  • Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Jonas, or similar) is an asset

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, site supervisors, and other team members
  • Prepare, edit, and format project documents, contracts, and reports
  • Track and update project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and conference calls
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and hard copy) for project documentation
  • Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with onboarding of project personnel and maintaining project-related HR records
  • Support compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements
