Description

QUALIFICATIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS:

  • 1+ years of experience preferred
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Project Administrator, Project Auditor, Project Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in an on-site setting with the hybrid capability to travel and work from remote project locations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively with the operations team and the director of operations

Responsibilities
  • Record, collect, file physically and upload daily paperwork
  • Coordinate and Validate with Project Managers to ensure accuracy of paperwork
  • Audit subcontractor invoices and obtain required backup documentation that supports invoices
  • Assist with Set up and call off Third Party Services (i.e. fueling, dumpsters, labor, temp facilities, etc.)
  • Arrange delivery and pickup of equipment and company vehicles
  • Entry of collected field data into our system(s) and produce invoices to clients for Account Receivables
