Description

Due to new projects and increased output, a new opportunity has become available to join a Tier 1 project in Prospect as an Office Administrator. You will be a part of a team working on critical infrastructure to delivering design, construction, maintenance and facility management services.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar administrative or traffic coordination role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Positive, flexible attitude with strong organisational skills
  • Familiarity with JDE, M-Files, Workday, or traffic management systems (desirable)
  • Full working rights
  • Own transport (site not accessible by public transport)

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compile and send booking requests to the Traffic Team (with Supervisor support)
  • Monitor and update active allocations
  • Review daily dockets and complete weekly traffic reports
  • Handle monthly invoicing
  • Maintain registers and spreadsheets
  • Greet and assist clients/visitors professionally
  • Prepare and format reports/presentations
  • Manage office supplies and catering
  • Ensure tidy and organized office environment
  • Provide efficient admin support for project operations
