Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Give quotation to client based on the inquiry.
  • Coordinate with Engineering Department to ensure the demands from client.
  • Receive and process incoming sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Generate material or service request in ERP.
  • Monitor the order flow in ERP.
  • Closely follow up with shipment schedules defined in sales order for timely delivery to customers.
  • Collaborate with necessary internal departments like procurement and logistics to ensure seamless order and shipping processing.
  • Coordinate with factory on need.
  • Manage various back-end processes for smooth operations.
  • Assist to prepare reports and analysis as required.
  • Be administrative support in ad-hoc duties assigned.
