We’re looking for a Project Administrator who thrives in an administrative role, enjoys managing multiple tasks, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through. This is a primarily office-based position supporting our Contract & Design team. What You’ll Do Enter and process orders accurately and on time Review and verify documentation and approvals Manage order edits and change orders in the system Communicate with vendors on pricing, orders, and shipping Track ship dates and generate JOB IDs Coordinate returns, freight claims, and required documentation Flag issues early and communicate solutions What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and organization Comfort handling multiple tasks and deadlines Clear written and verbal communication Customer service or administrative experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Position Details Full-time, non-exempt Office-based; 8-hour workday Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
