Job Description The role Prepare accurate, competitive quotations for electrical contractors and project teams. Expedite orders and chase critical supplies to ensure materials arrive on time and projects stay on schedule. Provide administrative, scheduling and coordination support to the project team and our branch network. Coordinate project schedules, timelines, deliveries and installers; organise regular team meetings and update trackers to keep projects on track. Act as the central point of contact between purchasing, branches, suppliers and customers to resolve issues quickly and maintain momentum. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and sales representatives to secure timely pricing and prioritised supply. Conduct site calls and manage deliveries to ensure projects meet our high service standards. Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and accurate status reporting. Qualifications About you Experience in electrical wholesaling, lighting, trades or the building/construction industry is highly desirable but not essential. Demonstrated experience or aptitude in expediting, scheduling and coordinating multiple project stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project (or other scheduling tools). Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage competing timelines. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills — able to liaise confidently with suppliers, purchasing teams, contractors and customers. Outstanding customer service and written/oral communication skills. A problem-solver who can think creatively and work autonomously. Commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset.
