Right Group are a leading Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Company who specialise in M&E services with a significant track record in the Water and Wastewater industries.
We currently have a requirement for a Project Administrator to be office based in the Galway, Roscommon, Mayo region.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a progressive and fast-growing Engineering Company.
REQUIREMENTS:
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
Be detail-oriented with the desire to achieve excellence through your own initiative.

Desired, but not essential (training will be provided as necessary):
3 + years’ experience in a similar role in a engineering environment.
Site based experience advantageous, but not essential
Adding and updating new information to our company projects tracker.
Liaising with project managers and clients in relation to project scheduling, invoicing etc..
Liasing with site based staff for issues/problems solving.
Monitoring of Budgets, KPI`s, Project Expenditures & associated reporting.
Procurement of parts/equipment as required.
Working with client interface software system.
Logistics and stock and stores control.
Project administration support.
Document Control.
General Admin Support - HR, Operations
Various other ad hoc duties as required.
