Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will be highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and bring a positive can-do attitude to the team. You will have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders and demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to working. In addition, you will demonstrate: 5+ years administrative experience, preferably in an engineering organisation Advanced Microsoft Office, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint Understanding or a desire to learn about commercial processes within the company Excellent verbal and communication skills Initiative and commitment to continuous improvement High accuracy of work and great attention to detail Ability to work autonomously within a team Ability to manage multiple projects and meet associated deadlines in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities As part of the Administration Team there will be daily tasks that will assist in the general operations of the office and support the Technical team in fee submissions, invoicing and general documentation. Below are some of the core responsibilities of this position: Provide high-level administrative support to the wider team Coordinate and manage the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely issuing Assist with commercial filing, reporting and documentation Liaise with the internal team and external stakeholders to support project delivery Maintain and update project systems, records, registers, and databases Prepare and format high quality documents, presentations, and reports Assist in the preparation of marketing material and documentation Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions Ensure compliance with company procedures and QA standards If you seek a career that offers variety, a challenge, and a collaborative continuous learning working environment, we want to hear from you!
