PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

RPS Group has an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our Warrington Water Team, looking after projects related for a variety of major long-term water industry frameworks across the UK.
In addition to a range of long-term programmes across the UK water industry RPS, and Tetra Tech, have successfully won a £100 million single-award framework from United Utilities to support the improvement of river health across the Northwest of England.
RPS has been working with United Utilities for over 20 years on innovative projects. As we move towards AMP8, this is an exciting time to be working in the water industry, and collaborating with passionate organisations, gives our people the opportunity to create positive change.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & EXPERIENCE:

  • A background as a Team Administrator, Business Support, or Personal / Executive Assistant would be ideal.
  • Proficiency with MS Office 365 applications.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Planning and Organising: efficiently priorities tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: work effectively within a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Communication: clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of channels.
  • Analytical Thinking: analyse information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems.
  • Adaptability: adjust to changing priorities and project requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Providing crucial support to the Commercial & Programme Director.
  • General administrative support for the wider Commercial and Programme team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents, such as presentations / spreadsheets and charts.
  • Support with meeting notes.
  • Providing personalised support for other team members
  • Ability to work at Lingley Mere (Warrington) a minimum of three days per week.
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites as and when the Client requires this. Noting - two of the main sites are in Kendal and Warrington.
