SAP Project Flow Control: Set up and manage projects in SAP (parameters, PM setup, POC/NPOC keys, lifespan, WBS/networks) Provide lifecycle support until project closure. Reporting & Analytics: Generate and distribute reports on cost, committed cost, financials, billing, forecasts, timesheets and KPIs. Develop dashboards and performance metrics for PMO leadership using SAP and Excel Monitor orders, costs, budgets, and margins Financial Control: Govern planned costs/revenues across projects, services, and maintenance Ensure accurate distribution across WBS/networks and adjust as needed to reflect actuals and forecasts Conduct variance analysis between planned and actual performance metrics to highlight deviations. Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to PMO standards, templates, and processes Support audits and compliance checks for project documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations that enhance project governance and financial control. Business SAP Support: Provide SAP assistance to project teams (e.g., timesheet access, activity types) Integrate SAP data into business reports for decision-making About You Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, Finance or Accounting. MBA/master’s degree is an added advantage. Minimum 7 years of experience in PMO/Project Administration and Data Analytics, with at least 3 years in the Gulf region Strong experience with SAP and advanced Excel functionalities, including macros. Certifications in Advanced Excel and/or Data Analytics (Microsoft Excel Expert, Power BI) is preferrable. Fluent in English Key Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP ERP systems (project-related modules). Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data modeling, dashboards etc.) Strong understanding of PMO governance, reporting cadence and reporting standards. Financial knowledge (cost, revenue, committed/actuals, forecasting etc.). Excellent data management and analytical skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Teams etc.) Detail-oriented and deadline-driven. Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
