REQUIREMENTS
· Previous programme delivery experience in a maintenance / reactive position
· Customer centric
· Strong financial awareness around the effects of every decision made on a daily basis.
· Strong PC skills, particularly MS office suite. (Specifically, strong excel experience is a must)
· Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
· Strong team working ethos.
· Very good English language skills
· Presentable appearance.
· While experience in a telecoms/engineering admin role is not required, it would be considered an advantage.
JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to deliver in the areas of maintenance reactive and sustaining activity from an ‘end to end’ perspective – i.e., both the business and technical components. Work must be delivered to specification in accordance with agreed company standards.
The quality, usability and cost of the resulting work is a key indicator of success. Responsibilities may involve the sourcing of solutions from third party suppliers and the management of these interfaces is key. It is extremely important that project coordinators continue to develop their skills; their understanding of best practice; and their knowledge of methods, technologies and products currently used in the industry.
