Responsibilities

With continued growth and significant ongoing security contracts, we are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team.
In this key role, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-profile security projects by supporting project documentation, coordination, and compliance activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and coordinating Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for customer projects
  • Creating and reviewing specifications, plans, drawings, and other project and safety documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Managing document control and Quality Assurance processes to maintain accuracy and compliance
  • Working closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to complete contract administration and project reporting
  • Supporting project start-up and completion documentation in coordination with Project Managers
  • Assisting with the preparation of design documentation and drawings as required
