Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description SAP Procurement Management: Prepare request for Purchase Requests (PR) from BU in required format Prepare PO template for submission to processing departments and tracking till PO issuance Perform Goods Receipt (GR) entries upon delivery of materials or services Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve PR issues Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements Support quality assurance and safety documentation processes Assist in document control and archiving at project close-out Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams Prepare procurement and asset reports for management review Qualifications At least 1 year of relevant experiences Able to work collaboratively in teams and well organised Manage tight timeframes Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
