The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with a can-do attitude, thrives in a team environment, and enjoys supporting multiple projects simultaneously. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, though extended hours are typical given the nature of project work. Responsibilities: · Support project submittal preparation and coordination with cities, counties, and state agencies. · Track and follow up on city submittals and monitor status through agency portals. · Assist with dry utility coordination, including gathering maps, as-builts, and public records. · Support construction administration and serve as a liaison between design engineers and utility coordination. · Maintain project tracking sheets, meeting reports, and written correspondence. · Process agency comments and redline corrections from municipality portals. · Perform general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, copying, and binding. Requirements Qualifications: · 2+ years of experience with permitting or submittal preparation. · Ability to read and interpret plans, surveys, easement maps, and cost estimates. · Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. · Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. · Proficiency in MS Office; and Smartsheet experience preferred. · Committed to deadlines and clear communication.
