Our goal is to help our customers improve performance and sustainability. We are now looking for a Project Administrator to join our Tissue Machines Engineering and PMO team. In this role, you will provide essential coordination and administrative support to our project management office and leadership team, helping ensure smooth project execution and operational excellence. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are organized, communicative, and eager to support multiple stakeholders across engineering, procurement, logistics, and site operations. You take pride in delivering high-quality work and are motivated by helping teams succeed. Your primary location will be in our Wroclaw or Karlstad office. Other relevant Valmet locations may be considered. Role and Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules and track milestones with managers and coordinators. Organize meetings, workshops, and reviews across teams. Prepare and consolidate project status reports for stakeholders. Support budget tracking, cost reporting, and invoice coordination. Arrange travel and logistics for project personnel. Ensure compliance with PMO processes and contribute to audits and improvements. Expectations Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business administration, Finance or other relevant education. Proven experience in project or administrative roles in technical or industrial environments. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project). Effective communication in English; other languages are a plus. Familiarity of Valmet tools is a plus (POP, Radar, Infor LN, M-Files etc.).
