The Faculty of Life Sciences (FLS) combines the strengths of UCL’s basic biological and preclinical sciences and is associated with 11 Nobel Laureates. Our work focuses on trying to answer some of the most enduring questions about life on earth, and also to solve the urgent problems faced by all living things. The role provides dedicated executive support, undertaking a wide range of administration support and organisational activities within the Institute of Structural and Molecular Biology. The post holder will work closely with the Head of Research Department, academic and research staff and Divisional professional services teams, as well as other colleagues across the Faculty and beyond.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Department, Structural and Molecular Biology (SMB)
ABOUT THE ROLE
The post holder will assist Professor Franca Fraternali with the day-to-day administration (Diary Management, Travel bookings, etc.) as well as play a role in coordinating activity and working with the Executive Assistant for the Research Department of Structural and Molecular Biology.
