BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience serving as a main liaison of a product office’s customer base for all engagement opportunities, including conducting regular meetings or briefings, guiding customers throughout the acquisition process, and tracking and reporting on contract statuses
• Knowledge of the wide range of technical and business specialties used for planning and advising on the acquisition of IT hardware and services for tactical operations
• Ability to proactively communicate with leadership and conduct regular meetings or briefings
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience educating current and potential customers of product office contract benefits and options
• Experience identifying priorities
• Knowledge of tracking and acting on product warranties and communicating delivery delinquencies or delays to customers in a tactical operations setting
• Ability to accelerate award of highest priority contract actions
• Ability to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing and ensure consistent messaging and understanding of customer expectations and needs
• Possession of excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree
