ABOUT YOU AND YOUR SKILLS

You will have:

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability to assess large data sets, design and create models, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders through clear communication, tailored messaging, and engagement in forums
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to support end-to-end delivery of change, including readiness tracking, reporting, and governance compliance.
  • Some experience with change management methodology and frameworks is beneficial, but not essential

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a data-driven Project Analyst to assess and analyse impacts of projects, using insights to inform effective strategies and program planning.
In this diverse and multi-faceted role, you will use structured methodologies and Excel-based analysis to assess and quantify impacts across people, processes, and systems, drawing insights to support future change and project strategy. You will also use your strong analytical skills and experience to support priority needs within the Project Delivery Team, specifically in compliance, governance and reporting.
The Project Analyst plays an important role supporting the preparation and delivery of project documentation, change readiness and deployment tasks, whilst tracking outcomes to measure success of initiatives deployed to stores.

Key activities include:

  • Design and create data monitoring and reporting solutions, identifying opportunities to streamline inputs
  • Prepare insights on performance metrics through dashboards, Excel tracking tools and regular reporting
  • Map stakeholders and assess readiness and risk using data-driven tools and contribute to engagement strategies
  • Support and track change, training and communication plans to manage activities with a focus on data accuracy and reporting.
  • Create and support presentations that clearly communicate analytical insights.
