We are looking for Project Analyst/ PMO with below requirements;

• 2 or above years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or operations within financial services or technology.
• Basic understanding of Global Markets products and trading systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with project governance frameworks is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Assist in tracking and coordinating Global Markets projects
• Support the preparation and maintenance of project artefacts including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and project managers to monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and document action items, decisions, and follow-ups.
• Help facilitate testing activities (SIT/UAT), including test case preparation, execution tracking, and defect management.
