JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Coordinating the implementation of Financial Feasibility Studies, including comprehensive analysis during the preparation phase, reviewing and providing data related to construction budget planning. This includes the preparation of financial forecasting, budget tracking, project evaluation, and monitoring.
• Developing financial planning and scheduling, as well as conducting Financial Feasibility Studies to obtain insights into the viability of upcoming projects.
• Preparing detailed budget estimates for consultants, construction, infrastructure, and pre-estate activities using market-based assumptions.
• Creating, managing, and issuing reports related to project feasibility studies, including financial feasibility analysis, to support pricing strategy formulation.
• Proposing multiple alternative scenarios (both optimistic and realistic) for a project’s Feasibility Study.
• Collaborating with the Department Head to develop the project master schedule, with a focus on project cash flow, and aligning it with the PMO’s reference framework.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architect or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as Project Analyst.
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
• Highly-motivated can work under pressure and able to work as an individual and in a team.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
