We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Analyst to join our Global Markets Technology & Operations team. This contract role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in project coordination or business analysis, who are eager to grow within a dynamic financial environment. The successful candidate will support the delivery of strategic initiatives across Global Markets, with a key focus on Software Delivery Methodology 5.0 compliance and project execution support. We are looking for candidates with the following expertise: Requirements 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or operations within financial services or technology. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of Global Markets products and trading systems is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Responsibilities: As part of the GM business Technology and Operations team, the role will be responsible for: Assist in tracking and coordinating Global Markets projects, ensuring alignment with SDM 5.0 governance and documentation standards. Support the preparation and maintenance of project artefacts including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans. Collaborate with senior analysts and project managers to monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies. Participate in stakeholder meetings and document action items, decisions, and follow-ups. Help facilitate testing activities (SIT/UAT), including test case preparation, execution tracking, and defect management. Provide support in project reporting, status updates, and dashboards for senior management. Assist in resolving operational issues related to trading platforms, market data, and booking processes. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
