JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Analyst will be responsible for leading projects on behalf of the Client Strategy and Pricing teams, collaborating with various teams across Equipment Finance and U.S. Bank.

Project leadership

  • Participate and lead Client Strategy and Pricing projects as assigned

Quality Control (QC)

  • Develop QC procedures
  • Execute QC procedures as required per controls
  • Collaborate with organizational teams to review findings and initiate process documentation modification if necessary

Operational Risk & Customer Remediation

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the process and reporting
  • Work with various parties to gather facts for reporting
  • Work with impacted team members to modify processes to address reportable events

Documentation

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the process creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures Manuals (SOPM) and Desk Manuals in collaboration with Equipment Finance Change Control

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically three to five years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Thorough knowledge of project management
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Demonstrated leadership skills

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
