(subject to review and approval) About the Role: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Facilities Management Team as the Project and Asset Integration Manager. This project focussed role will represent Facilities Management in the delivery of selected high-profile projects, ensuring that projects are compliant with Canberra Health Services asset management requirements, standard inclusions, and project specifications. The role is currently based at North Canberra Hospital and is part of the northside hospital redevelopment project. This role will represent Facilities Management from project inception to completion and will inform project design and construction methodologies, while overseeing testing and commissioning activities, submission of completion documentation, asset transfer, defect liability actions and transition to operation. Central to the role is ensuring that FM project engagement processes are followed, while maintaining productive and positive relationships with stakeholders. This role will provide support to Facilities Management Directors, communicate professionally and work with flexibility, efficiency, and diplomacy individually, and as part of the broader Facilities Management team. This position will work in close collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders including partner government agencies, Infrastructure Canberra, ACT Health Directorate, Canberra Health Services Capital Project Delivery, Clinical stakeholders, incumbent maintenance contractors and design consultants to deliver these key responsibilities.
