Are you passionate about driving transformation and delivering impact within a fast-paced, purpose-led environment? We’re looking for a Project & Business Process Manager to join our NHS Supply Chain: Food team, part of Foodbuy and Compass Group UK&I.
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead cross-functional projects, implement process improvements, and ensure operational excellence for one of the UK’s most vital contracts.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and deliver strategic business projects across functions and stakeholders
  • Manage project tools, plans, risks, and milestones to ensure timely delivery
  • Drive change management and implement new processes to boost performance
  • Coordinate audits, reporting, and social value commitments
  • Support events, conferences, and wider team initiatives

What we’re looking for

  • PRINCE2 (or equivalent) certified / working towards
  • Experience managing complex, transformational projects
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and commercially aware
