QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two plus years of experience in maintenance coordination, operations, or an administrative role (preferably in property management, facilities, or a related industry).
• Two plus years of experience in interior design preferred

• Coordinate delivery schedule for community projects
• Assist team with placing orders and vendor scheduling
• Assist team with art and accessory placement
• Prepare selections for design boards
• Provide input in creation of design concepts
• Set up and manage database for vendor and pricing information
• Review orders to determine product price and quality
• Prepare and organize estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors
• Manage special projects for pilot programs and new initiatives
• Work with design team with measuring and creating room layouts
