Looking for someone to grow the company with us. We are dealing with interior renovation works for both commerical and residential projects. Moving forward to capture more on the commerical projects. We have in-house workers for carpentry, tiling and plumbing, to manage our site and factory operations.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or equivalent (relevant industry experience can be considered)
• Good Interpersonal/Communication Skills/Team Player
• Good knowledge and a minimum of 5 years experiences in Singapore in the interior design/renovation/ building industry.in tendering commercial/residential/retail interior fitting out projects
• Independent & self-motivated.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of people

Responsibilities

• Preparation and pricing of bills of quantities for tender, progress claims, quotations, and final claims for work done on-site.
• Manage in-house production schedule to fit to timeline
• General quantity surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, measurement of quantities and taking off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost, and tender administrative duties.
• Attending site meetings and inspections
• Able to understand tender requirements, prepare and submit tenders as per requirements with a specific deadline
• Prepare the cost analysis for the project in order to ensure the overall value is enhanced.
• Contract documentation
• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project;
• Liaise with the client and other professionals, such as project managers and site engineers;
• Sourcing of new vendors and negotiate with sub-contractor/suppliers, and a compilation of quotations. Review of price, summarizing subcontractors, materials and Evaluation and certification of contractors’ claims.
• Ensure that site workers are adequately trained and equipped to carry out work in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner;

• Oversee and manage a team of site workers to ensure full customer satisfaction with the site activities being carried out; • Enforce and manage job-site health and safety regulations
