Your responsibilities
- Taking on project management responsibilities and special tasks within the staff of the Claims Department
- Participation in operational and strategic projects, preparation of decision-making documents in close collaboration with other departments.
- Support and active identification, recording and further development of (technical) processes in claims management
- Shaping change processes in the field of claims
- Support for the (technical) further development of business analysis, process management and business cases.
- Observation of technological advancements and emerging trends in the insurance market or comparable markets.
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies, e.g. in economics, law or industrial engineering, or training as a merchant (m/f/d) for insurance and financial investments, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in project work and process management in the insurance and claims environment (composite)
- Experience in business process modeling
- Ideally, knowledge of damage and IT application landscapes.
- Experience in business/IT consulting is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as the ability to combine specialist knowledge, data, and IT.
- Hands-on mentality
- Communication and presentation skills
