We are looking for an experienced project and process manager (m/f/d) .

In this responsible position, you will actively shape the further development of our banking processes through projects. In doing so, you will make an important contribution to the future viability of our savings bank.

• Management of projects (planning, control and implementation) within the framework of our process management in close cooperation with the specialist departments.
• Ensuring transparent project communication and monitoring of deadlines, milestones and results
• Analysis, design and continuous optimization of existing processes

• Support during change processes and assistance with the implementation of new procedures
• Coordination and alignment with internal and external interfaces
• Preparation of analyses, reports and decision-making tools for management

You bring the following:

• A completed degree in business informatics, computer science, economics or a comparable banking-related qualification
• Extensive knowledge in the areas of banking and financial services
• Several years of professional experience in project management and in supporting organizational changes
• Basic experience in process optimization
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Independent and self-reliant work style
• Analytical thinking and business management skills
