Ingenics Services is seeking a versatile Project & Program Leader to drive large-scale initiatives, facilitate Agile delivery, and lead change management across enterprise environments.
This role blends the skills of a Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Change Management Consultant, ensuring programs stay aligned with strategic goals while supporting adoption across business and technical teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years in project management, program leadership, or Agile delivery.
• Experience as Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP preferred).
• Change Management expertise (Prosci ADKAR or equivalent).
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Industry background in automotive, energy, or large-scale enterprise initiatives a plus.

• Manage and prioritize complex program backlogs, enhancements, and features.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach multiple Scrum teams in a scaled environment.
• Drive feature prioritization and coordinate dependencies across business units.
• Provide project management support, including risk/issue management, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
• Lead stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communication planning, and sponsor meeting prep.
• Partner with product owners, data architects, and SMEs to bridge strategy with execution.
• Support roadmap planning, release management, and user acceptance testing.
• Champion adoption of tools, templates, and best practices for delivery consistency.
