We are looking for a Project Manager to join the mission of accelerating the transformation of the automotive industry toward safe software-defined. As a technically savvy Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our customer-facing activities in Korea. With your strong software background and excellent organizational skills, in close collaboration with a renowned OEM and our internal expert teams, you will be well-equipped to manage strategically important projects. Your Tasks: Manage several customer projects in parallel, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget Serve as the main point of contact for project-related topics, ensuring professional and transparent communication with customers Translate customer requirements into internal actions and align closely with engineering teams on technical feasibility Oversee both technical and organizational aspects of project management: milestone planning, risk and claim handling Set up and maintain effective project steering and reporting structures across internal and external stakeholders Lead technical discussions with customers and internal experts, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle Identify and resolve issues proactively, escalate when needed, and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and reporting Leverage your hands-on engineering experience to support technical understanding and project alignment where needed Support engineering teams with coordination or mentoring based on previous team leadership experience Your Profile: At least 10 years of overall experience in the automotive software domain Several years of experience managing software development projects in the automotive industry (Tier 1, Tier 2, or OEM) Hands-on engineering experience is required Previous experience as an engineering team lead is a strong advantage Interest and potential to grow into a Customer Center Leadership role is a plus Solid understanding of software development processes, embedded architectures, and integration workflows Familiarity with automotive standards such as ASPICE and ISO 26262 Technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience interacting with technical level High level of customer orientation, with the ability to manage expectations and build long-term relationships Structured, proactive, and able to prioritize and stay composed in a dynamic environment Business fluency in both Korean and English Our Offer: Exciting work environment – be part of future high-tech innovations and cutting-edge technologies.
