Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project and Program Management professional to lead and deliver complex projects and programs within our dynamic semiconductor environment. This role is crucial for driving innovation, ensuring successful product development, and achieving strategic business objectives. Job Responsibilities Lead and manage the full lifecycle of multiple, concurrent projects and programs, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies. Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective contingency plans. Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and financial status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely escalation of critical matters. Foster strong collaboration and communication within project teams and across departments (e.g., R&D, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales). Ensure adherence to NXP's project management methodologies, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools. Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and customers as required by project needs. Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Job Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in project and program management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects, preferably within the semiconductor industry or a related high-tech field. Proven expertise in various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, PMP). PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and collaboration tools. Experience with financial management and budget control for large-scale projects. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving technical environment.
