• Planning & Management of IT Services
• You will be responsible for coordinating and processing customer orders in the IT environment.
• You plan, manage, and monitor the delivery of our services – on time, efficiently, and with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ensuring service quality
• You ensure that all services are provided in accordance with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• You monitor quality standards and implement measures for continuous improvement.
• Customer support & communication
• You are the face of the company for our customers – for all service-related matters.
• You ensure smooth communication between customers, internal teams and external partners.
• Process optimization & efficiency improvement
• You analyze internal processes and develop optimization potential.
• You will guide change processes to increase effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Economic efficiency in focus
• You will be responsible for cost control, budget monitoring, and accurate invoicing. You will also handle incident, problem, and change management, managing disruption and change processes and ensuring rapid resolution within the framework of SLAs.
• You recognize patterns and derive proactive measures from them to prevent future incidents.
• Analysis & Reporting
• You analyze key performance indicators, create reports, and derive strategic measures from them.
• You present results internally and externally – clearly and in a targeted manner.
• Crisis & Escalation Management
• In critical situations, you keep a cool head and manage all measures in a targeted manner.
• You take over the escalation process when problems cannot be resolved at the operational level.
• Your profileSeveral years of experience in IT service management, project management or customer support
• Solid expertise in ITIL, PRINCE2, SCRUM or comparable frameworks
• Strong communication and mediation skills – both internally and externally.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
• Organizational talent with high initiative and a structured work style

• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
