Description

To execution project engineer for PLC (Modicon), bring customer satisfaction, increasing revenue and margins, penetrating targeted customer satisfaction while project implementation, deliver product introduction and after sales support within the sales territory of Korea in the process automation market industries. Role and Responsibility Experienced with Modicon PLC Interprets customer technical specifications and generates strategies for implementation in production. May delegate tasks to team, evaluates & approves all documentation developed and monitors team productivity. Assists in developing detailed engineering estimates for potential projects. Assists in developing risk factors on various projects. May consults with 3rd party vendors to define interface. Coordinates and/or participates in on-site engineering, start-up and application commissioning. Provides technical leadership in application and customer acceptance tests. Defines the requirement and supervises the main activities of the projects. Provides estimating and front end risk analysis of potential projects. Evaluates project documentation and implementation for consistency and reusability. Provides Customer training. Completes all necessary documentation to meet requirements of the application specifications. A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. Resource identification, monitoring and control. Validation of system design and architecture, appreciation of the application software structure, verification of configuration specification, hardware specification, processor and marshalling cabinet layout and system interface to the field. Competencies Understand PID Control & Program Logic Control scheme. Understand Field Instrumentation knowledge Using MS Office Experience project engineering design and implementation for PLC Support good mind sense. Ability to understand process control theory, the importance of appropriate control schemes to control system performance, product quality, plant reliability safety. Has the ability to determine process characteristics and able to identify and implement the most suitable control strategy to accommodate given process requirements Minimum Requirements - Education : College Diploma / Technical Diploma - Experience : Minimum 8 to 10 years in process automation industry OR Control systems vendor OR an Engineering / EPC Company. Preference will be given people with experience in systems and PLC's - Specific Knowledge/Skills High level technical skills with PLC and Digitalization HMI PC skills including standard Microsoft packages Instrument control solutions. Technical and Applications Have good technical knowledge of the Process Automation System.
