Job Description 作为建筑团队的BIM负责人，独立指导和辅助设计团队进行建筑专业全设计阶段的正向设计。管理项目BIM执行计划(BEP)，按甲方的BEP要求落实项目的BIM执行，并根据项目执行情况，反馈BEP的调整。消化并贯彻甲方的BIM相关要求，转化为设计团队的具体执行标准，形成指导文件或操作手册，监督标准落实，保持项目内的标准执行统一。对设计团队内部展开阶梯式的培训，培训内容包括标准解释和执行，软件及插件的使用和操作，成果交付的组成和要求。与建筑设计团队一起紧密协作，及时处理设计过程中遇到的关于BIM标准，软件操作等问题，并强化工作流程。管理日常性和阶段性的成果提交，维护ACC, Revizto 平台及时更新，保证平台内容符合要求作为建筑专业BIM负责人组织正向设计下的多专业协调根据项目需求创建和修改局部的复杂模型，创建和维护族库，建立不同格式数据的衔接方式，统一参数管理。参与项目详图和节点的设计与制作 Qualifications 建筑或相关专业本科以上学历，5年以上工作经验，3年及以上BIM相关经验有多专业BIM正向设计施工图交付经历有公建类项目多专业BIM综合协调能力，熟悉以建筑为核心的跨专业协调重难点和常规解决方法。熟练且全面掌握Revit软件具备良好的培训能力，擅长问题解决和经验总结英语书写和交流 Additional Information 有ACC和Revizto平台管理员使用经验有根据项目需求快速编写Dynamo脚本的能力熟悉ISO 19650体系，有编制BEP的能力有境外设计项目，相当于施工图阶段对应深度交付的项目经历，BIM或传统皆可 About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
