Description

Project Execution & Technical Oversight Ensure complete implementation of all approved BOQs, drawings, and specifications, and verify their readiness before commencement of execution activities. Oversee all Civil and MEP execution activities on-site to ensure compliance with design standards and project requirements. Monitor day-to-day progress and ensure alignment with the approved project schedule. Site Coordination & Supervision Conduct detailed coordination with all contractors, vendors, and site teams. Maintain regular supervision through: Two site visits per month, and Daily/ongoing coordination via WhatsApp project coordination group. Liaise with the site engineer to ensure proper verification and utilization of materials. Quality Assurance & Material Verification Inspect and verify all materials being used on-site, ensuring they meet approved specifications and quality standards. Discussion and buy-in from the Senior Manager Administration is mandatory for all material selections before approval. Contractor Billing & Documentation Cross-check Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) on-site for accuracy and compliance. Validate contractor bills and certify quantities for processing of payments. Evaluation & Technical Support Assist in evaluating materials, workmanship, and deliverables submitted by contractors. Support the project team in reviewing technical submissions, shop drawings, and method statements as required. Strong expertise in Civil engineering and MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing). Proven experience in design review, BOQ preparation, and construction drawings. Competence in site supervision and project execution, ensuring adherence to approved designs and quality standards. Ability to inspect materials, verify compliance, and review IPCs and contractor billing. Strong project management skills to ensure timely completion of design, BOQs, and project milestones. Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and site engineers. Ensuring proper integration of Civil and MEP systems without conflicts. Excellent communication, interpersonal, reporting, and documentation skills. Attention to detail, accountability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software. Knowledge of safety and HSE regulations. Experience in office or commercial renovation projects is an advantage.
