About the Role: The Project Architect shall help the Project Manager oversee all construction and architectural requirements of the company's office building, high-end showrooms, and project businesses. Key Responsibilities Monitor progress of projects and ensure that company standards are being met Assist in reviewing and negotiating contracts with contractors Plan and designate resources including review of construction budget and costs Assist in acquiring required government permits and documentation Serve as the liaison between the company and the contractors and supplier Job Qualifications: Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a reputable university Preferably with professional license, but not required With at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in project management You Are an Ideal Candidate if You Are: Entrepreneurial: We are a team that is nimble and quick to adapt.
