An industry leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Senior Project Architect for their Tampa team! Responsibilities: Planning, programming, design, and project management Work with Director of Design Lead/manage multi-discipline design teams Research/coordinate materials and products for project specifications Apply all local, state, and federal applicable building codes Research new building materials and industry standards Mentor junior staff Provide efficient/elegant design solutions Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture 10+ Project Architect experience in either sports management, sports design, entertainment design, owner representation, or program management Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems, and site requirements RA license required Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, and LEED Experience in Photoshop and Sketchup Salary is commensurate with experience.
