- Architecture degree with 4 to 12 years of experience
- Design sensibilities and construction document skills
- Knowledge of building systems and detailing
- Ability and experience editing specifications
- Proficiency and project experience in Revit
- Strong communications and organizational skills
- Collaborative personality to bring out the best in team situations
- Project coordination skills
- U.S. Citizen or permanent U.S. resident
