JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conceptualize design,3D renders, presentations and Hand sketches
• Develop concept design and space planning and Prepares detailed working drawings, mood boards and other documents relating to the project.
• The designer will be responsible for managing the design functions on Fit out projects as assigned including liaising with the clients and other internal departments/sub-contractors and coordinate for execution of the project .
• Prepare the material list, BOQ, Quotations, variations and submit for approval to the client
• Control the cost as per budget and Monitor material coordination between production, design and sales department.
• Handle authority approvals of local agencies (drawing approvals) and Correspondence with client/ consultants/ subcontractors.

CANDIDATES REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)

• Project Architect / Interior Designer who have experienced in residential, commercial, F&B, hospitality, and villa projects.
• Proficient in Auto Cad, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs
• Experienced in Negotiations and agreeing budgets and time-scales
• Thorough knowledge of Architectural/Joinery and interior designing for 2D/3D plans, detailed shop drawings for Civil/MEP/joinery for interior & fit-out Projects.
• Must have Knowledge in interior and Fit out detailing, Specifications, Suppliers & Materials.
• Able to use ALL of the following: 3D Max, V-ray Render Engine, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft office in an expert level specially Excel

  Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per mont
