This position is located in downtown Dallas and worked onsite Mon - Fri. This is not a hybrid position, nor is it remote. ** Responsibilities Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables Execute coordination and integration of architectural and consultant documents Manage contract administration responsibilities Manage client relations and ensure client satisfaction, Coordinate with a variety of consultants Provide leadership to staff; Assist with leading project studio team members, leveraging strengths, and providing mentorship Function in a team lead capacity, while working on multiple, challenging projects Assist with creation and management of project schedules Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project Develop & present appropriate technical solutions to stakeholders Work proactively to resolve issues that arise between project, design, and technical objectives of the project, in coordination with Project Manager Seek innovation in design solutions in an ongoing spirit of curiosity and increased project performance; Maintain awareness of, and appropriately apply, new methodologies, practices, codes, and products Demonstrate understanding of appropriate industry standards and construction practice Attend and conduct presentations Qualifications Bachelors and/or Masters of Architecture Degree from a NAAB accredited architecture program or equivalent 7 years of experience in Commercial design (with 5 years of experience in Multifamily required) Experience with Type III and/or Type V Construction projects preferred Experience coordinating and leading projects teams Revit proficiency and technical excellence Thorough understanding of how a drawing set goes together Potential travel opportunities Ability to present information clearly and interact with clients, including a variety of consultants and contractors.
