JOB DESCRIPTION

Park + Associates is looking for an intermediate Project Architect. An ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of experience in Singapore and familiarity with local building regulations and authority submissions. The candidate would be highly driven and dedicated with excellent communication skills and a great attention to detail. To be successful in the role, the candidate should possess a team-oriented personality and at the same time, be able to work independently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea
  • Working closely with Principal Architect and Design Director throughout design development and implementation stages
  • Project management - communication and coordination with client, consultants, authorities and all other stakeholders
  • Preparing submission drawings to authorities
  • Preparing and producing construction documents and specifications
  • In charge of the overall coordination of the project from design to completion

Requirements include:

  • Candidate must possess a Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • A strong passion for architecture and design
  • Well versed in submissions and compliances
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction details and materials
  • Capacity to work in a challenging and fast paced environment
  • Design oriented with a flair for creativity and keen eye for detail
