JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project & Accounting Coordinator to provide essential support across both project management and accounting functions. role will consist of approximately 70% project assistant duties and 30% accounting clerk responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in administrative, project coordination, or accounting support roles
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Familiarity with accounting software and basic accounting principles
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

PROJECT ASSISTANT DUTIES

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and training sessions
  • Maintain project timelines, track deadlines, and monitor task progress
  • Prepare and distribute project materials and documentation
  • Assist in drafting project reports, quotes, and status updates
  • Communicate regularly with team members and support interdepartmental coordination
  • Identify and flag delays, bottlenecks, or issues that may impact project success
  • Respond to internal logistics questions and basic customer/prospect inquiries
  • Other tasks as assigned

ACCOUNTING CLERK DUTIES

  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department
  • Enter and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Prepare invoices, bank deposits, and basic financial statements
  • Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
  • Assist with data entry, budget tracking, and generating financial reports
  • Review and verify vendor payments and compliance documentation
  • Other tasks as assigned
