Job Description Responsibilities: Receives, registers, distributes, and archives correspondence and documents; Drafts and edits letters and other documents; Receives and transfers phone calls; Receives messages and forwards them to the relevant persons; Updates the contact directory and database; Organizes the translation of documents when necessary; Identifies required office supplies and places orders for stationery and consumables (paper, toner, printer ink, etc.); Requests service or maintenance for copiers, printers, and other equipment or installations when necessary; Performs technical editing of documents (photocopying, binding, etc.); Processes and pays certain invoices; Schedules meetings, books plane tickets, and makes hotel reservations; Receives visitors who wish to contact the management and ensures protocol arrangements; Ensures the supply of maintenance and cleaning products (detergents, etc.); Supports the Project Manager in carrying out organizational activities; Maintains contact with collaborators, employees, and service providers in order to support the daily project activities;Edits digital documents at the request of the Project Manager. Qualifications Preparation: higher education; Seniority: 5 years of experience; PC operation; English language; Communication ability. Ability to analyze and synthesize. Decision making capacity.
