This person helps manage day-to-day operational tasks while also keeping the office running efficiently. This is a hands-on role that supports both the administrative and operations sides of the business.   Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Support – Assist Florida operations with administrative tasks * Complete permit applications & compliance reports * Call in and track utility locates  2. Office Support – Keep office organized * Ensure a clean and functional, work environment. * Provide administrative support including document management, filing, and coordinating communications. * Support employee engagement and assist with company events.   Job Details:  * Hours: 40 hours/week with some flexibility in scheduling * Location: In-office, Port Richey, MD * Team Environment: Supportive and focused on efficient operations.   Required Qualifications:  * Proficiency in general office tools including Microsoft Office & Google Workspace * Quick typing skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Clear and professional communication skills. * A proactive, reliable approach to daily operations and problem-solving.
