How you’ll make an impact You will assist Project Managers and team members with project planning, execution, and monitoring activities. You will maintain and organize project documentation, including reports, schedules, budgets, and communication records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. You will coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and presentations, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up actions. You will facilitate internal and external communication among project stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective information flow. You will track project progress, identify potential issues, and escalate concerns to the Project Manager as needed. You will assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and other project-related deliverables. You will perform general administrative duties as required to support the project team. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background You hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field. Required with 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably within a corporate or technical environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with keen attention to detail. Proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving orientation.
