Job Description Manage project documents, drawings, and data in PIRS, IFS, and other systems; support the Doc Controller and create reports on receipt, dispatch, and status. Handle correspondence, distribute and monitor project tasks, and maintain project-related processes, instructions, and intranet content. Organise meetings, events, business travel, and expense reporting; introduce new employees to tools and processes. Deputise for other project assistants, perform general administrative tasks, and supervise trainees as required. Ensure awareness, implementation, and compliance with HSE requirements relevant to the role. Qualifications Very good knowledge of MS Office Understanding of databases (Lotus Notes & PIRS / experience in a similar function) Very good knowledge of English.
