REQUIREMENTS:

· Previous experience as an Assistant, Project Assistant, or in a client-facing support role.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to represent the company professionally in front of clients.
· High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Fluency in English is essential; ability to speak Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage.
· Background in iGaming and/or game aggregation is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly capable and professional Assistant to support our Director in the UK. This role goes beyond administration – you will act as the right hand to the Director, managing day-to-day matters, coordinating with clients and partners, and ensuring smooth communication both internally and externally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide comprehensive support to the Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and general administration.
· Act as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and tact.
· Support in client meetings and events, ensuring the Director is well-prepared and that communications reflect the company’s high standards.
· Assist with drafting correspondence, presentations, and reports as required.
· Manage follow-ups and ensure tasks and projects are completed on time.
· Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
· Provide ad-hoc project assistance as needed to facilitate the Director’s busy schedule.
