Job Title: Assistant Project Manager – Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. The ideal candidate will assist in managing schedules, budgets, contractors, and documentation to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.
This role requires strong organizational skills, a technical mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• 1–3 years of project coordination/management experience, preferably in renewable energy, power systems, or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with BESS, solar PV, or electrical systems is an asset.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
