• You will support our construction managers in the planning and implementation of photovoltaic projects – from the initial order to final commissioning.
• You coordinate appointments, keep track of deadlines, and ensure that everyone involved is in the right place at the right time.
• You are the central point of contact for internal teams, customers and partners, and you keep the communication flowing.
• You prepare documents, applications and documentation and ensure a smooth process.
• You will maintain and manage project data in our systems (e.g., Odoo).
• You assist with material orders and keep an eye on supply chains and availability.
• You recognize where something is missing, think proactively, and contribute your own ideas for optimization.

What will help you score points with us

• You have a good feel for people and are proficient in using Outlook.
• You are familiar with the digital world and navigate confidently through modern tools and technologies.
• You have at least two years of professional experience in customer service or project assistance.
• A commercial apprenticeship or comparable experience forms the basis of your professional background.
