Description
The Project Assistant cum Water Administration Support will provide comprehensive project coordination and administrative support to water management initiatives. The role involves assisting project teams with planning, documentation, tracking progress, coordinating with vendors/contractors, and handling day‑to‑day water administration activities to ensure smooth and timely project execution. Key Responsibilities: * Support Project Managers in planning, monitoring, and reporting on water-related projects. * Maintain project documentation, schedules, trackers, and reports. * Coordinate meetings, prepare MoMs (Minutes of Meetings), and track action items. * Follow up with internal teams, contractors, and vendors on project deliverables. * Assist in procurement processes related to project requirements (POs, invoices, approvals). * Update dashboards and prepare periodic MIS reports for management.   Water Admin Support * Monitor daily water usage, supply schedules, and records. * Coordinate with water suppliers, tankers, and relevant authorities. * Maintain logs related to water consumption, billing, and compliance. * Support implementation and monitoring of water conservation initiatives. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements related to water management. * Handle escalations related to water supply issues and coordinate timely resolution.   General Admin Support * Maintain files, records, and databases (physical and digital). * Support audits and inspections by maintaining accurate documentation. * Assist in vendor management, payments tracking, and administrative coordination. * Perform other tasks as assigned to support project and administrative goals.
